For each paper accepted to IABM, at least one author must be registered for the conference BEFORE February 17, 2025, with the commitment to present it at the conference. Papers without a registered author will be removed from the program and proceedings. The registration fees include: Standard :
REGISTRATION FEES
All prices above include 10% VAT at the rate applicable on the publication date. Student Status Social Events PAYMENTInria has mandated VERT COM to process registration fee payments. The recommended payment method is by credit card (via a secure website). Payment will be made in EUROS (€). Purchase orders are not accepted. Please note that for secure online payments, your bank may request personal information or a security code, which you will receive by phone or email. Ensure you can receive this code, as cash payments on-site will not be accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND BOOKINGSAll cancellation requests must be notified in writing (email: congres@agence-vert.com) to the organizers. Refunds will be processed after the event: Until February 20, 2025: €50 will be retained as administrative fees. EVENT CANCELLATION If the conference cannot take place or is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (force majeure) or due to events not attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the organizers, the conference organizers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, additional orders, financial losses, etc. Under these circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to either retain the full registration fee and credit it toward a future conference or refund the participant after deducting costs already incurred for organizing the event and that could not be recovered from third parties. DATA PROTECTION By registering for the conference, certain information may be published in a participant list accessible to attendees. This information typically includes name, surname, institution, and country. Such data may also be shared with parties directly involved in the conference, including meeting venues. We may use this data to inform registered participants of conference updates or future events via email. Participants must inform us if they do not wish for their email address to be included in the participant list or mailing list for future events. In accordance with the French Data Protection Law (articles 39 and 40), you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Upon proof of identity, you can request whether we process data concerning you, and if so, which data, for what purpose, and how. Additionally, French law grants you the right to rectify, update, or delete such data. Inria has a Data Protection Officer (CIL) registered with the CNIL in accordance with article 22 III of the French law of January 6, 1978. The CIL maintains a record of all data processing activities at Inria subject to this law and ensures your right to access and rectify your data.
